Forests, lakes, rivers, and streams

Images and Norwegian text are done by my son. I was simply permitted to translate. 🙂 Regards from a proud dad.

I went for a walk in the woods. Birds chirped. I could smell the forest. I felt alive. There were only a couple of cirrus clouds above me. They fit the clear blue sky perfectly. It was a magical sight.

I walked past a lake. There were pretty trees there. The lake was frozen, too, and the ice was pretty. Both lake and ice shone brightly.

I saw a forest with lots of fine colours. There were many fir trees – and an ant hill. The ants were in the ant hill because it was winter. But it was still beautiful. I saw a creek, too. It ran through the woods and through the trees and down to the people.

It was a beautiful walk.
